Now fully approved to EN54 parts 2 & 4 by the Loss Prevention Certification Board, the XFP is available in three different formats – 1 loop 16 zone, 1 loop 32 zone and 2 loop 32 zone. Recognised by governments and regulatory authorities across the world, the product's third-party approval demonstrates that all XFP variants have been extensively tested for functionality and performance, comply with EN54 Parts 2 and 4 and meet the overall standards of the Loss Prevention Certification Board, the leading international certification body in the fields of security and fire protection. Apollo Smoke Detectors: (Detectors comply with EN54 (BS5445). Designed to UL standards) Apollo Ionisation Smoke Detector Comprises an ionisation chamber with a radioactive isotope housed within a case with wind resistant inlets. When smoke particles enter ionisation chamber, ions become attached to them with the result that the current flowing through the chamber decreases. Apollo Optical Smoke Detector The optical detector is based on a sensing chamber and a printed circuit board. Within the chamber is an infra red light emitting diode (LED) and a photo-diode which detects smoke particles entering the chamber. Call Points: Apollo Manual Call Point - When operated, the manual call point interrupts the polling cycle and can report its address in under 0.2 seconds.     Apollo XP95 Manual Call Point Surface - When operated, the manual call point interrupts the polling cycle and can report its address in under 0.2 seconds.     Sounders: Sounders are used to alert you in the case of a fire.                          VIPER Spatial 4-Tone Sounder The Viper spatial sounder is available in two popular formats. The VPR-SA2 sounder is designed for applications where low current consumption relative to sound output is required, with a 103 dBA output requiring only 11mA at 24 vdc. The Viper SA4 sounder is designed for applications requiring maximum sound output, and probably offers the best sound output to cost ratio of any sounder currently on the market.With an operating frequency of 800 to 1000Hz, each sounder provides sound within the frequency range specified by BS5839. Each sounder also has a wide operating voltage of 8-35v dc. System Components: Controller - This unit is the brains of the system, it monitors the advanced Signalling Network, that inter-connects the detectors and relays the information to the desired output method e.g. wall displays, pagers and etc     Nurse Call point - This simple to operate Nurse Call point gives you Presence, Help, Assist, Emergency and Reset. With the option of Button Reset or for security Magnetic Reset (Optional).     Ceiling Pull Cord - Ideal for Ensuite's, Toilets, Bathrooms and Showers.     Remote Calling Devices - A wide range of additional calling options are possible with this system. Some of these options are; 3m Call Lead, Pressure Mat, Air switch for use in baths.     Hard Wired Input Interface - This unit allows you to monitor Doors, Fire Alarms, Telephones, Door Bells, Panic Buttons.     Over Door Light - Multi call level Over Door Light, illuminates when alarm is received from within associated room.
